IMPORTANT: You must contact Xtreem RC to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning ANY products. Items returned without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Note - If your product has been assembled or used in any way, and you discover an issue with your product within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for replacement or repair under the Xtreem RC product warranty policy. Please visit our Warranty Policy page to determine if your product is covered by the Xtreem RC product warranty.
Once we receive your package we will inspect the returned product(s) to ensure they are in new condition. If the returned product(s) are in new condition we will issue you a refund for the original purchase price minus any shipping costs paid by either the customer or Xtreem RC. If the product(s) are received damaged, your return will be denied and a customer service team member will contact you to arrange to have the product(s) sent back to you (at your expense).
The entire return process usually takes 10-15 business days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 8 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
Xtreem RC carries only the top-quality products from leading brands in the radio control industry. We test hundreds of RC excavators, loaders, trucks, and accessories before they are ever offered for sale on our website. Even when offering only top quality products, we know that there is the chance of an occasional defect or product issue. To that end, our manufacturers warrant that all products will be free from defects and be fully functional for 30 days from the time of purchase or delivery.
The Xtreem RC Product Warranty Does Not Cover Modified Products – Modifying the product in any way voids the warranty offered by our manufacturers. This includes painting, gluing, cutting, soldering, modifying electrical connectors on Motors / ESCs / Batteries, or modifying a products design or appearance. If you attempt to return a product which has been modified, your warranty claim will be denied, and the product will be returned at your expense. Although, we understand that modifying your RC Construction vehicles is a big part of the hobby for many of our customers, unfortunately, we cannot offer a warranty for products that have been modified. We suggest that you only modify your products if you are confident you have the ability to modify the product and are happy to void the warranty.
We Reserve The Right To Provide Replacement Parts - If you have purchased an RC Construction Vehicle and discover a defective part(s), Xtreem RC will provide the part or parts necessary to correct the issue and bring your model to working condition. Xtreem RC will not provide a replacement model in the event of a defective part(s). If the part you need is out of stock or unavailable as a spare part, Xtreem RC will provide a suitable replacement or special order the part from the manufacturer. Be sure to check the functionality and condition of ALL parts within 30 days of receiving your order, so free parts replacement is possible. If you report a problem after 30 days from delivery, we will advise you what parts you need but you will need to buy the parts. The customer is responsible for installing any and all replacement parts, unless they agree to ship the item to an Xtreem RC Repair Technicians and the customer will need to pay the shipping both ways and also a fee for the repair service. Manufacturers Require Evidence Of Warranty Defect – If you discover a product issue you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the issue. We know this can be a bit inconvenient, however, this is a requirement of our manufacturers and will help ensure the timely processing of your warranty claim. For higher value items or more complex warranty cases, you will be required to return the product to Xtreem RC before a warranty claim will be authorized.
Certain Imperfections Are Not Covered By Warranty – Small areas of missing paint, paint over-spray, chipped decals, imperfect decal application, hairline cracks in fiberglass, slight warp in foam surfaces, ‘slack’ or lose parts that don’t effect performance, minor dents or dings or damaged packaging are not covered by our manufacturer’s warranty. If you are unhappy with the look, feel, fit and finish of your model, please keep all parts new, keep all packaging, and contact Xtreem RC Customer Service to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Items returned without an RMA will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Electronic Part and Accessory Warranties Do Not Cover Loss Of Vehicles – Customer installed electronic products such as electronic speed controls, hydraulic pumps, power systems, LiPo batteries, receivers, and servos are covered by the standard Xtreem RC warranty. However, the warranty of these electronic products does not extend to the model in which the product was installed. Therefore, if the electronic part fails and results in the loss or damage of your product or vehicle, only the electronic part will be eligible for warranty repair / replacement.
Clearance and Open Box Items Are NOT Covered By Warranty - All Clearance Items and "Open Box" merchandise are sold "AS IS" and are not covered by our warranty. Please read the product condition description carefully before purchasing these items.
Warranties are Non-Transferable - Our warranty is for the original purchaser only. If the original purchaser sells an item to another party, the warranty does not transfer to the new buyer.
